Questions and answersAccording to the Partnera's Articles of Association, an audit firm approved by the auditing supervision of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office will be selected as the auditor of the company.
The auditor is elected at the Annual General Meeting for a term that ends at the end of the Annual General Meeting following the selection.
On March 28, 2024, the Annual General Meeting of Partnera Corporation decided to elect Jari Karppinen, KHT, as the company's auditor of the auditing firm Ernst & Young Oy.
