Whistleblowing procedure

Partnera has a so-called whistleblowing channel, through which it is possible to report unethical activities or breaches of the Securities Markets Act. Through the whistleblowing channel, the employees of the company or group can, with justified suspicion, report that someone in the service of Partnera has breached the regulations pertaining to the Securities Markets Act.

The reports are delivered for investigation to a person outside the company, who has been authorized by Partnera, by email to the address whistleblowing@partnera.fi. If the reported breach leads to suspicion or the breach can be proven to be true, the case will be taken to the competent authority for investigation.
