Dividend distribution policy
Updated dividend policy
Partnera's objective is to pay a stable dividend, which means a long-term average dividend of more than 50% of the group's annual results, taking into account the financial position of the company, its strategic objectives and its overall capital allocation needs.
The effective allocation of capital to productive investments and projects is key to generating an attractive long-term return. Targeted earnings growth is the basis for dividend growth over the long term.
The General Meeting decides on the dividend distribution based on the proposal by the company’s Board of Directors. If a dividend is distributed, it is usually done once per fiscal year.
