Inside information: Change of the CEO of Foamit Group, Partnera Corporation’s subsidiary

The Board of Directors of Partnera Corporation's subsidiary Foamit Group Oy has decided to terminate the CEO contract of Kalle Härkönen on 13 September 2024. Härkönen has served as CEO of Foamit Group Oy since 2020.

The Board of Directors of Foamit Group Oy has appointed CFO Valtteri Raunio as the company's interim CEO. He will take up his duties immediately. Mr Raunio has been CFO of Foamit Group Oy since 2019. Foamit Group Oy will immediately start the search process for a new CEO.
