Inside information: Change of the CEO of Partnera Corporation

The Board of Directors of Partnera Corporation has appointed Jussi Lappalainen (M.Sc. Economics, M.Sc. Forest Technology) as the company's Interim CEO from 28 November 2024. Mr Lappalainen has served as the company's CFO since 2018 and will continue to serve as CFO.

The Board of Directors of Partnera Corporation and CEO Peter Vapaamies have agreed that Mr Vapaamies will leave his position as CEO of Partnera Corporation on 27 November 2024. Mr Vapaamies has been CEO of Partnera Corporation since May 2023.

"Vapaamies’ task was to streamline the company's strategy and holdings, which work has now been completed. Partnera has decided to invest more heavily in the Foamit Group. The Foamit Group's target is EUR 100 million turnover and an EBITDA margin of more than 20% by the end of 2028," says Jari Pirinen, Chairman of the Board of Partnera Corporation.
