Partnera Corporation's Board of Directors has appointed Peter Vapaamies (M.Sc. Eng., MBA, CTP) as the Group’s Interim CEO as of 17 May 2023. Vapaamies has strong international experience in strategic and operational restructuring in several industries.

The Board of Directors of Partnera Corporation and CEO Jari Pirkola have agreed that Pirkola will leave his position as CEO of Partnera Corporation on 17 May 2023. Pirkola has been CEO of Partnera Corporation since October 2017.

"We thank Jari Pirkola for his contribution as CEO of Partnera. Partnera will now focus on developing its ongoing businesses and update its strategy during the summer of 2023”, says Jari Pirinen, Chairman of the Board of Partnera Corporation.
