Partnera Group company Due2Energy Oy and its subsidiaries KPA Unicon Group Oy and KPA Unicon Oy declared bankruptcy

Due2Energy Oy, KPA Unicon Group Oy and KPA Unicon Oy have filed for bankruptcy on 16 May 2023.

On 25 May 2023 at 9.00 a.m., the Oulu District Court issued its decision on the bankruptcy of Due2Energy Oy, KPA Unicon Group Oy and KPA Unicon Oy.

The Oulu District Court has appointed Peter Bützow, Attorney at Sivenius, Suvanto & Co Ltd, Advocates, as administrator of the bankruptcy estates of Due2Energy Oy, KPA Unicon Group Oy and KPA Unicon Oy.

Partnera Corporation's previous Company releases on the subject:

• On 13 March 2023, Partnera Corporation announced the decisions of Due2Energy Oy and its subsidiaries KPA Unicon Group Oy and KPA Unicon Oy to file applications for corporate restructuring proceedings.
• On 22 March 2023 and 6 April 2023, Partnera Corporation announced the opening of restructuring proceedings for KPA Unicon Oy and Due2Energy Oy and KPA Unicon Group Oy.
• On 16 May 2023 Partnera Corporation announced the decisions to file for bankruptcy of Due2Energy Oy and its subsidiaries KPA Unicon Group Oy and KPA Unicon Oy.

Partnera owned 70% of Due2Energy Oy and Prounicon Service Oy 30%. KPA Unicon Group Oy and KPA Unicon Oy were wholly owned subsidiaries of Due2Energy Oy.

Partnera announced on 16 May 2023 that, according to the current estimate, the bankruptcies will not have a negative impact on Partnera Group's results for 2023.
